SEAPCO, like many organizations, is certainly in a period of transition; we are in the “process of change from one form, state, style, or place to another.” (Wiktionary)
During this period of transition, each of us in the organization has responsibility to ensure smooth transitions for those we serve, students, parents, and staff alike. Regardless of whether it is the family entrusting their 3 year old to our care, the high school student preparing to enter the adult world, a new employee needing direction, implementation of RtI, and identification of students with learning disabilities, or a new Director building trusting relationships, many depend upon us for support during these changing times.
To ensure continued pursuit of our mission, we pledge to serve as a resource to all those who are finding their way during this time of transition. We will partner in decision- making with you and work to earn your trust and respect.
